With the Cemtec Augmented Reality system, CEMTEC offers all customers worldwide the possibility for remote support. The real-time situation in the system is visualized and transmitted to our technicians via a camera.
In addition, via access to the CEMTEC data server, the smart glasses offer the possibility of visualizing the status of the individual devices in the system during the system inspections. Therefore, all devices important for the maintenance staff are marked with QR codes that connect the system to the cloud visualization platform.
