Rights to content:
The website contains content (e.g., data files, information, pictures, logos, videos, etc.) provided by CEMTEC and/or its affiliated companies. All the material provided on the website is CEMTEC’s intellectual property. Any reproduction or distribution, in whole or in part and in any medium, shall require CEMTEC’s prior written confirmation. In case of a violation of this provision, the User shall be liable for damages to CEMTEC.

Warranty:
Despite all diligence, CEMTEC does not assume any liability for the validity, correctness and/or completeness of the content published on the website.

If CEMTEC provides a translation of the German version of available documents, the User accepts that such translation is for information purposes only and that any contractual relationship between the User and CEMTEC is exclusively governed by the terms of the German version. In case of discrepancies between these Terms and Conditions of Use in German and its translation, the German version shall prevail.

CEMTEC assumes no liability, irrespective of its legal grounds, for damage, impairments, loss of data, or any other damage caused by a computer virus or any other impairments in connection with the User’s accessing and using the website. This exclusion also applies to CEMTEC’s affiliated companies and all employees, representatives, and agents of CEMTEC.

Applicable law, jurisdiction:
These terms are governed by Austrian law, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (“CISG”). Sole place of jurisdiction is Linz, Austria.

Severability:
There are no verbal agreements. Changes to the Terms and Conditions of Use must made be in writing. This also applies to the annulment or amendment of the requirement for the written form itself. Should any provision of these Terms and Conditions of Use be or become invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. The invalid provision shall be replaced with a regulation that comes as close as possible to what the parties have intended in consideration of economic aspects.
